AH Awaghade Enterprises is a proprietorship firm registered in India, with its principal place of business at 103, 1st Floor Akashdeep Complex, Sapna Sangeeta Road, Indore, Madhya Pradesh – 452001.

To purchase from our website, you must be at least 18 years old and capable of entering into a legally binding contract under Indian law. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Account Registration

You may be required to provide accurate personal and contact information to place an order. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of any account credentials and for all activities under your account.

4. Products & Pricing

• All product descriptions, images and prices are displayed in good faith and reflect our best effort to represent our products accurately.
• Colours may vary slightly due to screen calibration.
• All prices are in Indian Rupees (INR) and are inclusive of applicable GST.
• We reserve the right to modify prices, correct errors, and update product availability at any time without prior notice.

5. Placing An Order

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. Order confirmation is sent upon successful payment. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order for reasons including (but not limited to) stock unavailability, pricing errors, payment issues, or suspicion of fraudulent activity.

6. Payment

We accept payment via UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM, and any UPI-enabled app) processed securely through our payment partner, MMAD Pay. We do not store your UPI ID or bank details.

Orders are confirmed only once payment has been received. Pending or failed payments will not result in order fulfilment.

9. Intellectual Property
