How we get your order to your door.
We ship across India from our warehouse in Indore, Madhya Pradesh. Every order is carefully packed and dispatched via reputed courier partners.
We currently deliver to all serviceable pincodes across India. At this time we do not offer international shipping.
Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days from receipt of payment. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed on the next working day. During sale periods or peak seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

We work with leading logistics partners including Delhivery, BlueDart, Ecom Express, DTDC, India Post and others. The specific courier used depends on your pincode and order size.
Our courier partners typically make up to 3 delivery attempts. If all attempts fail and the parcel is returned to us, we will contact you to either reship (additional shipping charges may apply) or process a refund less applicable charges.
Please ensure that your shipping address and contact number are accurate and complete. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
If your parcel arrives damaged or appears tampered with, please do not accept it and contact us immediately. For missing parcels marked as delivered, please contact us within 48 hours of the delivery notification.
