We want you to love every piece. If something isn't right, we offer a 7-day return window from the date of delivery for most items, subject to the conditions below.
1. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, the item must:
- Be returned within 7 days of delivery
- Be unused, unworn and unwashed
- Have all original tags attached
- Be in the original packaging
- Be accompanied by the original invoice or order number
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Items marked as "Final Sale" or "Non-Returnable" on the product page
- Items that have been worn, washed or altered
- Innerwear, swimwear, and fragrance (for hygiene reasons)
- Items returned after the 7-day return window
- Items without original tags or packaging
3. How to Return
- Email us at care@awaghade.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will review your request and respond within 24 hours with next steps.
- Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup where available, or ask you to send the item back to our warehouse.
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we'll process your refund within 3–5 business days.
4. Refund Timelines
After your return is approved and received:
- UPI / Bank transfer: Refund credited within 5–7 business days
- Original payment method (where applicable): 7–10 business days
You will receive an email confirmation once the refund has been initiated. Bank processing times may vary.
5. Shipping Costs for Returns
- Defective or incorrect items: We cover return shipping
- Customer preference returns (size/fit/change of mind): Customer bears return shipping, or ₹99 will be deducted from the refund if reverse pickup is arranged by us
6. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order. This ensures you get your preferred piece as quickly as possible.
7. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please email us photos within 48 hours of delivery at care@awaghade.com. We will arrange a free return and issue a full refund or replacement, including original shipping charges.
8. Order Cancellation
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge before they are dispatched.
- Once dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled — but you may return it upon delivery following our return process above.
9. Refund Method
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used for the order. For UPI payments, funds are credited to the UPI ID or bank account linked to the original transaction. If we are unable to process to the original method, we will contact you for alternative bank details.
10. Quality Control
Each returned item is carefully inspected before a refund is issued. Items that do not meet our return conditions (used, damaged, missing tags, etc.) may be sent back to the customer at their expense, or the refund may be adjusted accordingly.
